Psalms 40:8

I delight to do thy will, O my God, and Your law is within my heart.

Philippians 2:9-11

Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name.

That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth.

And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Psalms 37:4

Delight yourself in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Ruth 1:16

Ruth said to Naomi (her mother-in law).

” Entreat me not to leave you, or to turn back from following after you.”

” For wherever you go, I will go, and wherever you lodge, I will lodge.”

” Your people shall be my people, and your God, my God.

Naomi wanted to return to her country of Judah after some tragedies had happened to her family in Moab. So she told her daughter- in-law Ruth that she was leaving Moab to return to Judah.

Ruth was a Moab woman, and so Naomi presumed that she would remain in Moab.

But Ruth wanted to follow Naomi  wherever she went. She experienced that Naomi was a good woman. A woman of God. So Ruth said to Naomi.

” Wherever you go, I will go with you. Wherever you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people, and Your God, my God.”

 

Judges 6:36-40

So Gideon said to God, ” If You will save Israel by my hand as You have said —

” look I shall put a fleece of wool on the threshing floor, if there is dew on the fleece only, and it is dry on all the ground, then I shall know that You will save Israel by my hand, as You have said.”

And it was so. When he rose early the next morning and squeezed  the fleece together, he wrung the dew out of of the fleece, a bowlful of water.

Then Gideon said to God, ” Do not be angry with me, but let me speak once more. Let me test, I pray, just once more with the fleece; let it now be dry only on the fleece, but on the ground let there be dew.”

And God did so that night. It was dry on the fleece only, but there was dew on all the ground.

What a might God we serve. Mighty to save, and strong to deliver.

 

Joshua 2:11b

The Lord your God, He is God in heaven above and on earth beneath.

Seek the Lord and you will find Him, when you search for Him with all your heart and soul.

 

Deuteronomy 31:8, 33:27

 

“And the Lord, He is the One Who goes before you. He will be with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.”

The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms.

Romans 12:2

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Do not copy the behaviour and customs of this world, but let God transform you by changing the way you think.

Then you will learn and know God’s will for you, which is good, pleasing, acceptable and perfect will of God.

Leviticus 20:7-8, 22:31

Consecrate yourselves therefore, and be holy, for I am the Lord your God.

And you shall keep My statues, and perform them, I am the Lord Who sanctifies you.

Therefore, you shall keep My commandments, and perform them:  I am the Lord.

 

Psalms 95:2-3a

Let us come before the Lord with thanksgiving, let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.

For the Lord is a great God.

O give thanks unto the Lord, for He is good, for His mercies endureth forever.
