Psalms 5:3

My voice You shall hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning I will direct it to You, and look up.

Psalms 121:1-2

I will lift up my eyes to the hills – from whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.

Jesus says, If you abide in Me, and my words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it will be done for you.

Hebrews 4:16

Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that  we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

We should be confident when we pray, because God will hear us when we pray. We should tell Him all our concerns and all our needs, and anything that is disturbing our peace.

He will be faithful to answer your prayers  because He cares about you.

So why worry – when you can pray.

 

Psalms 42:8

The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night His song shall be with me – a prayer to the God of my life.

Day by day the Lord also pours out His steadfast love on me, and through the night I sing His songs and pray to God who gives me life.

Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.

In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

Trust God completely, and in everything put God first, and He will direct, guide and lead you, and give you success.

 

Numbers 6:24-26

The Lord bless and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you.

The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace.

The Lord bless and protect you; may the Lord’s face radiate with joy because of you.

The Lord be gracious to you, and show you His favour, and give you His peace.

Psalms 102:1-2

Hear my prayer, O Lord, and let my cry come to You.

Do not hide Your face from me in the day of my trouble; incline Your ear to me; in the day that I call answer me speedily.

 

Jeremiah 33:6, 30:1

Behold I will bring health and healing; I will heal them and reveal to them the abundance of peace and truth.

For I will restore health to You, and heal you of your wounds, says the Lord.

 

Psalms 50:15, 23, Zechariah 13:9b

Call on Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you and you shall glorify Me.

Whoever offers praise glorifies God. And to those who order their conduct aright, I will show the salvation of God.

They will call on My name, and I will answer them. I will say ” This is My people; and each one will say, The Lord is my God.”

 

Colossians 4:2

Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving.

Jesus said, ” that we always ought to pray and not lose heart.”

1 Thessalonians 5:17

Pray without ceasing.

Pray always, and pray about everything, and keep praying until the answer comes.

Psalms 27:14

Wait on the Lord, be of good courage and He shall strengthen your heart; wait I say on the Lord.

Psalms 113:2-3,  92, 147

Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and forever!

From the rising of the sun to its going down, the Lord’s name is to be praised.

It is good to give thanks to the Lord, and to sing praises to Your name, O Most High.

To declare Your lovingkindness in the morning, and Your faithfulness every night.

Praise the Lord! For it is good to sing praises to our God. For it is pleasant, and praise is beautiful.

1 Chronicles 16:34

Oh, give thanks to the Lord for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.

Revelation 11:17

We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty. The One Who is and Who was, and Who is to come, because You have taken Your great power and reigned,

But thanks be to God. Who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Psalms 84:11

For the Lord God is a sun and a shield. The Lord will give grace and glory. No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.
