Psalms 121:7-8

The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul.

The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore.

Inspiration.

The Lord wants to keep us from sin and evil, and preserve our soul.

He will be with us at all times, when we go out and when we return.

Prayer (for you)

Eternal Father in Heaven,

Hear my prayer O Lord, incline Your ear to me and grant me Your peace.

The peace of God that surpasses all human understanding.

Thank You for being with me when I go out and when I come in, and saving me from harm and danger.

I give You thanks and praise for Your loving watch care and protection on a daily basis and forevermore.

O Lord Jesus, I confess all my sins and I thank You for Your forgiveness and Your loving saving grace to me.

I honour and adore You and I bless and magnify You.

In Your precious name, I pray. Amen.

 

Psalms 121:1-2

I will lift up my eyes to the hills – from whence comes my help?

My help comes from the Lord, Who made Heaven and earth.

Inspiration.

How comforting to know we have a God, Who helps, protects, and saves to the uttermost everyone who believes that He exists, and have faith and trust in Him.

God is our help in ages past and He is our help and hope for years to come.

Prayer (for you)

Eternal God,

I will look to You, seek You, because You are God and I believe that You exist and You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek You.

I thank You for the privilege of prayer, and I have come to seek You, praise and adore You.

You are such a loving, kind, and merciful God.

You are the only true and living God, and there is no other.

You are my help, my hope and the God of my salvation.

As the hymn says.

” O God, our help in ages past, our hope for years to come.”

” Our Shelter from the stormy blast and our eternal home.”

” Under the shadow of Thy Throne, still may we dwell secure.

” Sufficient is Thine arm alone, and our Defense is sure.”

Dear Lord please keep me safe and secure under the Shadow of Your Wings where I will dwell secure in Your loving care and protection.

Lord, please be my Defense through the storms and challenges of life, and be my guide while life shall last.

” From everlasting Thou art God, to endless years the same.”

I praise and adore You, O Lord God the Almighty.

Mighty to save, and strong to protect, save and deliver Your redeemed from the wiles and schemes of the devil, from sin and destruction.

O Lord, I thank You for Your loving kindness, tender mercies and compassions to me, and Your amazing saving grace.

I love and adore You.

Titus 2:11-15

For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men.

Teaching us that, denying ungodlines and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age.

Looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.

Inspiration.

God’s grace for salvation is available to all people because of what Jesus did for us.

Those who have accepted God’s grace and His salvation will be saved.

God has give humanity free choice to make their own decision.

God has done everything possible to save us, and if we reject His amazing saving grace and salvation it will be our own fault – by the decision that we make.

Those who refuse to accept God’s great salvation so rich and free will have to pay the penalty for their own sins.

Prayer ( for you)

Eternal God,

Thank You for Your Plan of Redemption and Your salvation so rich and free.

O Lord, You have given everyone free will – free choice to make their decision whether to accept Your free gift of salvation.

Dear Lord,  You have done everything that is possible to save and redeem us.

There is nothing more that You can do to redeem us, so it is up to us to make our decision to follow You – to make our ” call and election sure.”

You sent Jesus, Your Only Beloved Son and our Only Saviour to pay the penalty for our sins, and to save us from sin and make us part of the family of God.

Lord Jesus, please help me to be faithful to You, – follow You, and keep pressing on to glory, and endure to the end in my Christian walk.

Lord Jesus, I have accepted You as my Saviour and Redeemer by faith.

I look forward to that wonderful and glorious day when You return in all Your power and magnificent glory, then I will see You face to face.

Please cleanse and purify me from sin and all iniquity and make me wholly Thine.

Also help me to live a Godly and holy life and also help me to resist the evil things of this world.

I praise and thank You dear Lord, for Your loving kindness, and for all that You have done to save me, redeem me and make me part of the family of God.

Ephesians 2:8-9

By grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.

Inspiration.

Our salvation is a gift from God, given to us through the merits of Jesus Christ, our Saviour.

There is nothing that we can do to gain salvation, it is the grace of God that gives us the gift of salvation.

And when we have accepted Jesus as our Saviour, we will want to live our life pleasing to God.

Jesus will help us to forsake sin, and its evil tendencies that leads to destruction.

Prayer (for you)

Eternal Father in Heaven,

I give You thanks and praise for Your Infinite love and amazing grace that saves to the uttermost those who believe in You by faith.

Thank You Lord Jesus for Your sacrifice of love to save and redeem me from sin and its results which is destruction.

O Lord, I want to be saved in Your Eternal Kingdom, please help me to be pleasing to You, resist temptation, resist sin and the ways of the world.

Help me continue to press on to glory, looking to You, the Author and Finisher (developer) of my faith.

Lord God, thank You for Your goodness, tender mercies and compassions to me.

You knew that I cannot do anything to save myself, so You made a way for me to be part of the family of God.

O Lord, You have demonstrated Your great Infinite love for me by doing for me what I could not do for myself.

Because there is nothing that I can do to save myself.

Lord God, thank You that while we were yet sinners, You sent Jesus to save and redeem us from sin and the evil one.

Lord Jesus, I thank You for coming to earth and paying the ultimate penalty for my sins.

Dear Lord, thank You for Your amazing saving grace and sacrifice of love to save me.

I love and adore You and I give You praise and thanks for what You have done and still doing to make sure that I am saved.

Please continue to lead, guide and direct me along the narrow pathway – the Christian path that leads to life eternal.

Acts 17:28a

For in Him we live and move and have our being.

Inspiration

God is our Creator, our breath of life comes from Him.

Prayer (for you)

Eternal God,

We live and move and our entire being comes from You.

You are the Source and Sustainer, every breathe we breath  comes from You.

You are the Mighty God, the All-powerful, Omnipresent ( present everywhere) God, Creator of everything that there is.

I praise and thank You for Your loving kindness, Your Justice, and tender mercies and Your pity towards Your children.

I am so glad to be part of the family of God, cleansed from sin by Your great sacrifice of love to save me.

Praise God, I am justified (forgiven), sanctified, ( being made holy) and when You come Lord Jesus, I will be glorified when I behold You face to face, my Saviour and Redeemer.

Lord Jesus, please forgive me of my sins, cleanse me and save me in Your Eternal Kingdom.

I praise and adore You, and I magnify and exalt You, O Lord God, the Almighty God.

Micah 7:7

I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; My God will hear me.

Inspiration.

As part of our faith we have to wait on the Lord.

When we wait on the Lord it shows our faith, trust and hope in Him.

Prayer (for you)

Eternal Father in Heaven,

Thank You for always hearing my prayers and answering me.

O Lord, sometimes our prayers are answered immediately, and other times we need to be patient and wait on You.

As Your Holy Scriptures says, ” Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord.” Psalms 27:14

O Lord, please help me to be encouraged as I patiently wait, and have faith, trust and hope in You, knowing that You hear my request and will answer with the best and at the perfect time.

O Lord, You are the the God of my salvation, to You I will look and patiently wait on You.

Thank You for Your tender mercies, compassions and Your loving watch care and protection.

1 John 5:3

This is the love of God, that we keep His commandments.

And His commandments are not burdensome.

Inspiration.

Let us ask the Lord to help us to be obedient to His commandments and then it will be a joy and not burdensome.

God will help us to be obedient and we will be glad and rejoice in the God of our salvation, our Creator God.

Prayer.

Eternal & Holy Father,

Thank You for the Holy Sabbath day – a day of joy and gladness.

A day to praise and worship You, magnify, exalt  and adore You, my Creator God, Source and Sustainer of my life.

Please help me to be obedient to You, and keep Your Holy Commandments.

O Lord, I am weak but You are strong, so I need Your help to do what is pleasing to You.

So please help me and enable me by the power of Your Holy Spirit to be pleasing to You in everything that I do.

And help me to find the joy and gladness in being a obedient Christian, and give You all the honour and glory that You, and only You deserve.

As the song says, ” Trust and obey for there is no other way to be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.”

” When in fellowship sweet we will sit by His feet, or we will walk by His side in the way.”

” What He says we will do, where He sends we will go, never fear, only trust and obey.

“Trust and obey for there is no other way to be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.”

Praise You Lord God, Lord Jesus!

3 John 1:2

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

Inspiration.

God wants to us be healthy spiritually, physically and emotionally – and to flourish and prosper in all areas of our life.

Prayer ( for you)

O Lord God,

How loving, kind and compassionate You are.

I give You thanks and praise for Your healing Hands of tender mercies.

Your Holy Scriptures says, ” ask and you will receive” so I ask for healing spiritually, physically and emotionally.

O Lord, You know everything about me, and there is nothing that I can hide from You.

You see me, You know me, You understand me when no one else does.

O Lord, You created me and You know my rising up and my sitting down, and You read me like a book.

You know my aspirations, my desires, and my needs.

So, dear Lord, I pray for healing in my life spiritually, physically and emotionally.

I know that You want me to prosper in all things as my soul prospers.

I thank You in advance for what You will do for me, and for answering my prayer for good health in every way.

And I also thank You for Your amazing saving grace.

Psalms 18:30

As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.

Inspiration.

Our trust in God is a shield for us.

Prayer (for you)

Eternal Heavenly Father,

My faith, hope and trust is in You, the Creator, Source and Sustainer of my life.

Thank You for Your Holy words from the Bible that gives me strength for today and hope for tomorrow.

Thank You for Your tender mercies and compassions that are new every morning.

O Lord, I need Your leading, guidance and direction day by day, and it is so good to know that I can bring my concerns and issues to You, and You will help me.

Thank You for being there for me in every situation, I just have to call on You in prayer.

Please protect me from the arch-enemy and keep me safe under the shadow of Your Wings.

As the song says, ” Under His wings, I am safely abiding. Though the night deepens and tempest are wild.”

O Lord, I know that I can trust in You, because You have redeem me and I am Yours.

I bless and praise Your Holy Name, and I magnify and exalt You, O Lord God Most High and Holy.

Dear Lord, I thank You for being a shield to those who trust in You.

You are my Shield and Protector, and I give You all the praise for Your loving watch care and protection from day to day.

Thank You for hearing my prayer and granting me Your peace, and guiding me in Your holy and perfect way.

Lord Jesus, I am so thankful to You for what You have done to save me, and that I know You, and to know You is life eternal.

I am so glad to be part of the family of God.

Praise the Lord!

In You, O Lord, I put my trust; let me never be put to shame.

Deliver me in Your righteousness, and cause me to escape; incline Your ear to me, and save me.

Be my strong refuge, to which I may resort continually; You have given the commandment to save me, for You are my rock and my fortress.

Inspiration.

God is our refuge and strength, a present help in our times of trouble and in our need.

Prayer (for you)

My Creator God,

How Mighty, powerful, holy, righteous, You are.

You are the only true and living God, and there is no other.

I praise and adore You and I bless and exalt You.

Thank Your for Your commandments that will save me.

O Lord, in You I trust, have faith and hope, because You are my refuge and strength, the rock of my salvation, and my fortress.

Thank You for Your loving kindness and tender mercies to me.

I thank You for the privilege of prayer, a time to communicate with the God of the Universe.

And tell You all my concerns, any issues or challenges that I may have.

And You hear me and will help me, save me, lead and guide me in the perfect way.

Dear Lord, I come to You with a humble and contrite heart, and I ask You to forgive me of every sin and cleanse me with Your precious blood.

I give You the glory, praise and honour that You and only You deserve.

And I love and adore You.
