Psalms 139:1-3

O Lord, You have searched me and known me, You know my sitting down and my rising up. You understand my thoughts afar off.

You comprehend my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways

Devotion.

Creator God is Omnipotent (all powerful), Omniscience (all knowing) and Omnipresence ( present everywhere at the same time).

So we cannot hide from God, He sees, He knows and is present everywhere.

He even knows our thoughts before we think about them, and He also knows our ways.

Prayer (for you)

Eternal Father,

You know more about me than I know about myself – my thoughts, my ways, my rising and my sitting down.

You are the Almighty God, the Creator God, Source and Sustainer of all life, and my every breath comes from You.

I humble myself as I come into Your Holy Presence, and I give You the praise and thanks, love and adoration that You deserve.

Lord Jesus, thank You for being my Saviour, thank You for forgiveness and cleansing from sin through Your Holy precious blood.

Thank You, Lord God for sending Jesus to save, redeem and reconcile me back to You through Your great sacrifice of love.

To God be the glory great things He has done, so loved He the human race that He gave Jesus (His Son) to save us.

Who yielded His life and atonement for sin, and opened the floodgate that all may go in.

Yes, Lord, You have made a way, so that whosoever desires to be saved will be saved from sin and destruction.

What a loving, compassionate, just and merciful God, You are.

I praise, and praise You more, because when the praises go up, then the blessings come down.

And dear Lord, I certainly need Your blessings now.

I love and adore You.

In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Hymn.

I will early seek the Saviour.

I will learn of Him each day.

I will follow in His footsteps.

I will walk the narrow way.

Chorus.

For He loves me, yes, He loves me.

Jesus loves me this I know.

For He loves me, died to save me.

This is why I love Him so.

Amen.
