1 Peter 3:15

Always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you the reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear.

Devotion.

” If someone were to ask you why you are a Christian, what would you say! how would you explain your belief in the death and Resurrection of Jesus and lead them to a saving faith in Christ Jesus.

As you live a Christian life, people will notice that you are different and want to know why you are different.

So be always ready to give the reason for your belief in Jesus Christ, as your Saviour, and tell them that Jesus will return soon.

Prayer (for you)

Eternal Father,

I need Your Holy blessings so I humbly ask that You bless and keep me in Your loving care and make Your Face shine upon me and be gracious to me.

O Lord, please help me to let the light of Your Presence shine through me to those around.

And help me to be always ready to give my account of why I am a Christian.

Also be able to tell others of Your amazing grace, Your salvation so rich and free to everyone who wants to get to know You, Lord Jesus, and accept You as their Saviour and Lord of their life.

Please help me to tell them – I know that I cannot save anyone, but I can tell them of Your Infinite love, Your great and amazing sacrifice of love to save and redeem us from sin and destruction.

And make us part of the family of God, and give us Your gift of eternal.

And explain that Jesus Christ died on Calvary’s cross to save us, God resurrected Him on the third day, and He is coming again to receive those of us who have accepted Him as our Saviour and Lord.

Yes, Jesus is coming again as King of kings and Lord of lords in all His power and majestic glory with all the Holy angels with Him to receive His redeemed ones from the earth.

And we all can be part of the redeemed if we believe and accept Jesus as our Saviour.

O Lord Jesus, please help me to live my life pleasing to You and share with others Your salvation so rich and free to everyone.

Lord, help me to be ready and stay ready because any day now, You will return.

I love and adore You, Lord God, Lord Jesus.

In Your Holy name, I pray. Amen.

Hymn.

Lift up the trumpet and loud let it ring.

Jesus is coming again.

Coming in glory, the Lamb that was slain.

Jesus is coming again.

Yes, Jesus is coming again.

Soon and very soon.

We shall see Jesus, our Saviour and Redeemer.

Praise the Lord!
