Jeremiah 33:3

The Lord says, “Call to Me and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things which you do not know.”

Devotion.

When we pray we are talking to God, and He will answer us and show us, guide us in the way that we would never know on our own, and show us things we would never know without the Lord showing us.

Prayer (for you)

Heavenly Father,

Holy You are.

Thank You for Your guidance, leading and direction in my life.

Please help me to actively listen to You, through Your Holy Scriptures and seek You with all my heart, soul and my mind.

And pray because prayer is talking to the Creator God and actively seeking Him.

And Lord, You will guide me and show me ” great and mighty things that I do not know” – and would not know without Your showing me.

O Lord, the Holy Bible says, that You speak to people through Your Holy Words, and through visions and dreams.

So help me actively seek You and draw close to You every day, and pray without ceasing – that is to always have an attitude of prayer.

So that my own close personal relationship with You will grow stronger every day.

Because Your Holy Scriptures says, ” draw (come) near to God, and He will draw (come) near to us.”

And I sincerely want to be near to You, O Lord God, Lord Jesus.

I love and adore You and bless Your Holy Name.

In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Hymn.

I am Thine, O Lord.

I have heard Thy voice.

And it told Thy love to me.

But I long to rise in the arms of faith.

And be closer drawn to Thee.

Chorus.

Draw me nearer, nearer, nearer, blessed Lord.

To the cross where Thou hast died.

Draw me nearer, nearer, nearer, blessed Lord.

To Thy precious bleeding side.

Praise the Lord! Amen.
