2 Corinthians 1:3-4
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort.
Who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
Inspiration.
God will always help us as we obey Him and have faith and trust in Him.
It is God’s nature to help us, guide us and lead us in the good, perfect and holy ways that lead to life eternal.
And He wants us to learn to have more faith, trust and obey Him, and as He comforts us in our adversities, we will be able to comfort others in their adversities.
Prayer (for you)
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for being the God of all mercies and God of all comfort.
Thank You for always being there to comfort and to guide me in the best, the good and perfect way.
O Lord God, I bring everything to You in prayer, I have come to seek You with all my heart, my mind and my soul.
I love You so much dear Lord God, Lord Jesus, and Holy Spirit – the Trinity – Three in One.
You are my God, my Saviour, my Comforter in distress and adversities, my strength when I am weak, my help in times of trouble, and how wonderful to know that You have the solution to every problem.
O Lord Jesus, thank You shedding Your precious blood for my redemption and salvation.
Thank You for solving the sin problem that humanity faces, by Your great sacrifice of love on Calvary’s cross for us.
What a loving, merciful, compassionate and wonderful Creator God, Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit – three in One – the Trinity.
Always doing for us what is best, perfect, holy and what we need in order to be saved, redeemed and made holy.
Lord, I gives You thanks and praise for the comfort that You give to me in times when I need Your comfort.
O Lord, please help me to be of comfort to others as You have been a comfort to me in times of distress.
Thank You for all that You do for me.
To God, be the glory, great things You have done.
I love and adore You.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Hymn.
To God be the glory, great things He hath done.
So loved He the world that He gave us His Son.
Who yielded His life an atonement for sin.
And opened the floodgates that all may go in.
Chorus.
Praise the Lord! praise the Lord!
Let the earth hear His voice.
Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
Let the people rejoice!
O come to the Father God through Jesus, the Son.
And give Him the glory, great things He hath done.
Glory! Praise the Lord!
