Psalms 27:7-8
Hear, O Lord when I cry with my voice! Have mercy also upon me, and answer me.
When You said, ” Seek My Face” My heart said to You, ” Your Face, Lord, I will seek.”
Devotion.
The Lord God hears our voice, our prayers, and will have mercy and answer with His absolutely best for us.
Prayer (for you)
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for life, health and strength.
Thank You for Your Infinite love and goodness that never fails.
O Lord God, how wonderful to know that You never change, You are the same loving, merciful and compassionate God, as in the beginning as You are today.
Please help me to keep having faith, hope and trust in You now and forever.
O Lord, please be with me and my family today. Keep us safe and secure under the shadow of Your Wings.
O Lord, I want to be pleasing to You in all my ways, so I humbly ask for Your help and guidance from day to day.
Please guide me every moment, every minute and every hour of every day.
Yes, Lord, my desire is to be pleasing to You in all my ways.
Please forgive me where I have fallen short of Your glory, cleanse me and make me wholly Thine, completely devoted to You.
I give You all the praise, glory and honour that You and only You deserve.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

At first I prayed for light.
Could I but see the way.
How gladly would I walk.
To everlasting day.

And next I prayed for strength.
That I might tread the road.
With firm un-faltering feet and win.
The Heaven’s serene abode.

And then I asked for faith.
Could I but trust my God.
I’d live in-folded in His peace.
Though foes were all abroad.

But now I pray for love.
Deep love to God and man.
A living love that will not fail.
However dark His plan.

And light and strength and faith.
Are opening everywhere!
God waited patiently until.
I prayed the larger prayer.
