Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your Sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.
Inspiration.
It is good to ask the Lord to help us with what we say, do and our thoughts, so that we can be pleasing to Him, and be more Christ-like in our character.
Prayer (for you)
O Lord God,
I ask that You help me to be pleasing to You in my words, thought process and in my actions.
And when I fall short of Your glory, O Lord, please forgive me and cleanse me from anything that is not Christ-like.
O Lord, You know that I am weak, but You are strong, and I need Your Strength, so please help me, lead and guide me along the pilgrim journey.
Help me let my light shine – the light of Your love and mercies so that other may see You in me, and glorify You.
In Jesus’ precious name, I pray. Amen.
