Whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure….. meditate on these things.

Let us meditate on good, holy, truth and uplifting noble thoughts instead of sinful thoughts.
Prayer (for you)
Eternal God,
How great You are, how holy, loving, compassionate just and of tender mercies.
Please help me to think good, holy, lovely, pure, noble and true thoughts.
Guide me in what I read, watch, and listen to, because whatever I mediate on will affect my thinking process.
Also please help me to resist the ideas of sinful associates and activities.
I need Your strength and help to resist the temptation to watch and listen to worldly sinful things.
As Your Holy Scriptures says,
Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.”
Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.James 4:7-8a
O Lord, please help me to resist the sinful suggestions of others – worldly friends and acquaintances.
O Lord, I want to be pleasing to You, in everything that I do, what I say, and what I allow to influence me.
Help me not to be influenced by the sinful things of this world.
O Lord, please be my life’s guide as I journey along the Christian pathway.
O Lord, help me to submit to You, draw near to You so that You can help me to resist the evil devices of the arch-enemy.
I praise, give You thanks, and I love and adore You. O Lord God Almighty.
