Psalms 149:4
For the Lord takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the humble with salvation.
Inspiration.
The Lord delights and is pleased with us when we seek His salvation, ask for forgiveness, are humble, are obedient to His commands, and seek Him with all our heart, soul and mind.
Prayer (for you)
Heavenly Father,
Blessing and honour and glory and power be to You, Who sits on the Throne and to the Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world.
Thank You, Lord God, for sending Jesus to be my Saviour and Redeemer from sin.
Thank You Lord Jesus, for Your great and marvelous sacrifice of love to save me.
Lord, please forgive me of my sin, cleanse me from all unrighteousness and make me wholly Thine in all my ways.
O Lord, I want to be pleasing to You in my mind, in my thoughts, in my actions, and in my words.
Please help me, lead, direct and guide me in the way that is pleasing to You.
And beautify me with Your salvation, and help me keep Your Holy commandments.
I praise and adore You, O Lord God Almighty.
Bless and keep me in Your loving watch care and protection.
O Lord, I pray for the world at large, You see what is going on in this world.
These are signs of the times, signs that Your coming is near.
I pray for that those who have not accepted You as yet, I pray that they will accept Jesus as Saviour, before it is eternally too late.
And for those of us who are determined to stay on the narrow pathway, please keep us faithful and help us to endure to the end in our Christian journey, so that we will be saved.
And be part of the family of God, and received Your gift of eternal life.
I give You thanks, praise and adoration.
In Jesus’ precious name, I pray. Amen.
Hymn.
We have heard a joyful sound.
Jesus saves, Jesus saves.
Spread the good news all around.
Jesus saves, Jesus saves.
By His death and endless life.
Jesus saves, Jesus saves.
Shout salvation full and free.
This our song of victory.
Jesus saves, Jesus saves.
Yes, Jesus saves to the uttermost.
Praise the Lord!! Amen.
