Therefore Jesus is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.
Devotion.
Jesus is our Saviour, our Intercessor, Advocate in the Heavenly courts.
He makes intercessor for everyone who comes to God through Him seeking to be saved from sin and destruction.
Prayer (for you)
Eternal Father in Heaven,
Thank You for Your great Plan of Salvation, to save to the uttermost anyone who comes to You through Jesus Christ, our Saviour, seeking to be saved.
What a wonderful God, You are, the only true and living God, and there is no other, but You.
Thank You, Lord Jesus for being my Saviour, Redeemer, Intercessor, Advocate, Good Shepherd and Friend.
I give You thanks and praise for all that You have done for me – for humanity, to save us from the arch-enemy of our souls who is trying to destroy us.
But, praise be to God for Jesus’ sacrifice of love to save us, to redeem us from sin and its penalty – eternal death.
Lord Jesus, through Your great sacrifice, I am now part of the family of God, and will receive God’s gift of eternal life through You, Lord.
I praise You Lord God, Lord Jesus, for what You have done for my salvation, and I humble ask that You continue to lead and guide me as I journey along the Christian pathway.
Please help me to trust and obey Your will and Your Holy ways.
May Your will be done in my life and may I be pleasing to You in all my ways.
Please forgive me of my sins and cleanse me with Your Holy and precious blood.
Dear Lord, please watch over me and my famil, and all of us who are seeking to be saved.
And help us to continue on the narrow pathway that leads to You, and life eternal.
I love and adore You.
