Psalms 14:2
The Lord looks down from Heaven upon the children of men, to see if there are any who understand and seek God.
Devotion.
The Lord looks down from Heaven, to see those who are serving Him, worshipping Him, so that He can bless them with His many blessings, and with His Holy Presence.
And also help, lead and guide them in the way that leads to life eternal through Jesus Christ, our Saviour.
And also show us things that we do not know, and do for us what we cannot do for ourselves.
Another Scripture says,
” The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him.” 2 Chronicles 16:9.
Prayer (for you)
My Creator God,
You are all-seeing, all knowing, and present everywhere at the same time.
So there is nothing that I can hide from You because You see and know everything.
How wonderful to know that You are always there for me in every situation, and I can put my complete faith, hope and trust in You at all times.
Please help me to seek You with all my heart, soul and mind and be pleasing to You in all my ways.
So that when You look down and see me, You see that I am someone who seeks You, worships You, love and adore You, and is pleasing to You in all my ways.
Please help me to continue to be pleasing to You, and to understand and keep seeking You through prayer, Bible reading and meditating on Your Holy Scriptures.
Thank You for what You have already done for me, and what You will do.
I praise and thank You Lord God, Lord Jesus for Your loving kindness, tender mercies and Your many blessings.
And I surely need God’s blessings right now, so I thank You in advance for the many blessings that will come my way.
Praise Lord God from Whom all blessings flow.
Thank You Lord God, Lord Jesus for Your amazing grace and salvation so rich and free to everyone.
Lord Jesus, please help me to be faithful in my Christian journey and endure the end, because You say ” that those who endure to the end will be saved.”
Help me to never give up, but keep pressing on to glory.
I worship and praise You on this Thy Holy Sabbath day.
I love and adore You.
In Jesus’ Holy name, I pray. Amen.
Hymn.
I will early seek the Saviour.
I will learn of Him each day.
I will follow in His footsteps.
I will walk the narrow way..
Chorus.
For He loves me, yes, He loves me.
Jesus loves me, this I know.
Jesus loves me, died to save me.
This is why I love Him so.
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
